Quite a well-known problem on Dell Quay Dories and Boston Whaler dories is the foam sandwich between the floor and the hull becoming waterlogged.
There seems to be plenty of info on the net about treating the problem (allegedly not a difficult diy job but very time consuming!), but nothing about how to prevent water getting in in the first place.
Does anyone have any ideas about this ?
I've always liked these boats and hope to get hold of one, so if I can find a dry one I'd like to keep it that way.
