Need advice on delivery .I am thinking of moving my boat 40ft from Spain to the Carribean. Any sugestions on delivery companies both sailing and piggy back please. What is the favoured method from experiences .I am looking into both methods and price.Thankyou.:)

is spain really 40ft away from the carribean.... it looks further in my road atlas. :D
 
Atlantic crossing

The only option is to take the boat to the Canary Islands and then cross over to the Virgin Islands.
Are you really going to miss this trip and let someone else do it or worse pay lots of money to ship it.
If you need crew then,depending on the schedule,there could be many volunteers.

Thanks for all the advice and replies .I have decide to sail it across with my boy two handed. Should be a blast. Next I have to sort out when is the best time to go . I will look at all the weather scheds in the next few months.When does the Arc fleet cross?

End of November so that they can get to the Carribean for Xmas. This can be a bit early and weather is more stable during december & january. Have fun

They will set off on the 25th of November from the Canaries. Have a great trip!

The ARC is too early some years.

January is about right.
