26 tonne wooden sailboat from 1917. Recently gone through a DEK 800K renovation after damages during sailing. The boat is back in its cradle and the hull is surprisingly enough not showing any signs of structural damage, but a surveyor is expected from Germany.

Investigations into the cause of the incident is ongoing....

looks like the lorry/crane broke at the base, you can see the back set of wheels is folded up.

Nah, that's another lorry behind the crane.
Looking at the crane extension, my guess is that they simply pushed the overall COG of crane+boat outside the perimeter delimited by the crane feet.
A very fat driver sitting in the crane cabin would have helped!...
