If you're catching an early tide from Yarmouth and the boat is all stowed up but you want something warm I can recommend the deli just on the RHS as you walk into the square. At 0830 the deli was the only place open. No bacon sarnies etc but lovely hot sausage rolls - just the job before setting off for Poole.
