Know someone who did. Pretty ineffective - might be OK is a cupboard, useless for any larger space. They are now using a proper full sized dehumidifier.

EcoAir DD122: 7L/day
7 litre / 24 hours = 292 ml/hour
That's about 30 times as much. From experience, we know the quarter power setting on the EcoAir is sufficient for two people living aboard in a modern, dry bilge boat in moderate climate. That means about 75 ml/hour, more while cooking or moist weather arrives. So you'd need at least 8 of these things distributed around the boat
