Dehler 25 vs Etap 23i?

Hello,

I'm afraid its another new user asking people what they think of boats - hope you can help...

I'm thinking of buying a 4 berth to sail from a mud mooring most of the time but have occasional holidays trailed off somewhere. Length 23-25 ft seems right, as a dingy sailor I'd like a little performance though the family are a little less keen on "tippyness", we'd go to £10-15,000.

After a little research a Mid 80's Dehler 25 or Etap 23i looks nice, (though perhaps looks arn't everything!) Does anyone have any relevent experience?

Look at the Seal 22 - far better sailer than the 2 you mention and likely to be a bit less pricey.
I guess the Etap is the more fun boat, though short on stowage.
