Deck Organisers for a Jeanneau Sunrise 34

I am converting my Jeanneau Sunrise 34 ( 1985 vintage ) to single line reefing back to the cockpit and need to piggyback additional 3 sheave deck organisers on top of the existing ones. I have been unable to scource suitable organisers with 6 cm fixing centres and cannot establish where the originals came from. Is there anybody out there who can help ?

Had a similar problem with our boat. Ended up having to buy new deck organisers fill in the old holes and drill new ones.

More hassle than just screwing in new ones but worth it in the end.
