Decision on redevoping Chatham Docks is being legally challenged

The planning application to shut and redevelope Chatham Docks has been delayed in being put to the Medway planning committee by a legal challenge from an existing employer. Personally I think the docks should remain as a commercial port and not be turned into a commercial business park with no shipping use.
