A new mark has appeared on the shoreline at the entrance to the river Deben. Its a round fluffy bright pink ball about 3m in diameter. As I wandered past I could only but wonder what chaos it would cause if it got loose and floated about the North Sea !!!

On further inspection I discovered that its a piece of Environmental Art symbolising the difference between hard Granite Rocks and a Pink Fluffy ball!!!

So don't take any notice of it as you enter the Deben or you could end up next to it on the Granite Rocks.

How closely have you looked at this fluffy pink mark? Are you sure Santa hasn't ditched in the north sea?
