hi can highly recomend north & west essex adult community college, Rivermill Harlow. 01279 427711. 'geoge jepps' runs the courses he covers more than is required great guy, you will learn plenty & have fun.

George is an absolute star and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for sailing tuition. He also has a fine voice, a great sense of humour, and has been known to yodel at the bottom of an extinct and empty volcano. Great memories.

It looks like there may be at least two courses in Chelmsford. Google for

"RYA evening chelmsford"

and you'll find mention of the William de Ferrers Centre and the Beeches Close Adult Community Learning centre at this link which says that last years courses started on the 22nd and 23rd Sept and to call the centres for details of this years course dates
