Try N. Devon College, Barnstaple. Braunton Community College, Braunton, or Instow Yacht Club.

I have looked on websites for NDYC, Braunton and North Devon College, none of them mention RYA courses. I find the RYA website confusing and can't find a link there. Are there any other places to look? It seems a little too far out in the sticks!

there are normally rya night school courses at Bideford college look under adult education.
