I'm looking for construction drawings for a day boat sailing craft either timber or composit. that boat will be built in vietnam and all the yards I have contact only build motor vessels though they would be glad to build a sailer.
I'm looking for a 4 seater with forward storage, movable keel and a fairly basic design.

It would appear from your post that you are trying to find a vietnamese yard that builds a suitable daysailer. Would it not be better to find design that you like for which you can buy the plans and ask the yard to make the boat.

There are many on the web and I have gone through the same process recently and choose the Highlander 18 from www.selway-fisher.com although there are many more designs from this designer or elsewhere.

No, I think he's found a yard or yards in Vietnam, he's looking for a design, so your link is helpful.
 
I am really enjoying the build and I can recommend Paul Fisher whole heartedly. You cannot beat being able to email the designer and get a reply promptly. I understand that he will also for a reasonable cost ammend his designs to suit any specific requirements you may have.
