Day/ overnight crew and company offered for Solent in August

We are a couple (40s & 50s) with novice/ experienced sailing skills looking for an opportunity to sail for day or so in the week beginning 15th august, in and around the Solent area. In exchange we can offer interesting conversation ( South African/Danish/British) background, a share of the work as crew and gourmet cooking.
