Any ideas of a Key Largo type day boat with outboard, 18 to 20 feet, 50 to 70 hp, but with a loo in the cabin? We entertain regularly inshore coastal and up-freshwater river and need home-comforts on board. Thanks.

If you mean a proper toilet and associated compartment then I think you'll struggle with a "dayboat" that small.
You may have to buy a pipe and slippers and go for a "Sportsfisher" a la Merryfisher/Antares/Ocqueteau to get a separate heads. They would also be more comfortable when it rains, as well.
There are plenty of Walk-round types - mainly from the USA (White Shark and Karnic excepted) that have a small cuddy that can contain a portable loo but they will tend to have outdrive powerplants.

It will be interesting to see what others come up with.

Here is a pretty classic example of a typical small American centre console boat that has a toilet compartment under the console :

If you do a detailed search on www.yachtworld.com you can specify boat size, type and location - for example here is a search for a centre console GRP boat in Spain, between 18' - 22' long :

Although on reflection, none of the 7 boats listed really meet your basic requirements - the Sessa is probably the closest, but she does not appear to have a heads compartment.

Here is a rather neat 20' boat on the Sessa website with a loo, small cabin and sunbathing area on top - although they are talking about a 115 hp O/B motor which is a bit bigger than what you have in mind.
