Does anyone from poole know anything about a yacht broker who operates from the side of Cobbs Quay ?

Enterprise Yachts or something ???

Anyone know the owners name and how long he has owned it for ?

There have been as number of brokers operating from Davis's over the years. The current operator is called Seakers and is a branch of the same name in Weymouth.

Think Enterprise was a previous operator.

Ancasta are still there in Cobbs Quay

Previous operators were Marine Ventures who had the office for a year before retreating to the Channel Islands where they had an office already established.

Previous to that was Oceanique.

My colleague, Claire, was a junior broker at Oceanique and keeps her family boat at Cobbs. Just asked her and she has never heard of them.
Not saying they don't exist, just not come across them, sorry.

Just tried the phone number and a very nice lady was rather surprised (her words were "golly, that's odd") when I explained her number was being advertised for a company called Enterprise Yachts Brokerage.

Anyway, please don't anyone else call her as the number is residential.

I wasnt attempting to provide them with any good publicity anyway and I am not sorry or surprised to hear they are out of business.
