whos here for the Dartmouth regatta? how far have you travelled, seen a lot of boats come over from solent area, what was the sea state like? as the forcasts seem to be way out again.
At least the rain held off so the fireworks could go ahead as many others have been cancelled lacally in the last two weeks we been here.
Does anyone know what went wrong with Rescue helicopter as they had to cut short the demo?
Had a walk up to Froward point and got good view of Yacht racing in morning also got plenty of pictures, will see what they come out like then post some.
Was meant to be going home tonight but have re adjusted rest of weekends plans to stay another day as would like to see Red arrows this eve.

Red Arrows passed over Eastbourne (well Westham to be precise) about an hour ago so should have been with you and finished by now.

Yes, an excellent display as usual although think one had trouble with the smoke when doing the heart, then the Typhoon (can still hear it), tried to get pictures but just not quick enough, another great day had by all

Yep, another great day at the regatta; here's a couple of shots by swmbo. Been here since weds am; off to the ci's tomorrow weather permitting. Good show today by the red arrows; love the eurofighter - we've seen them both twice in a couple of weeks now, firstly at eastbourne, and today here in dartmouth.
