This has been taken. By the way does anyone know the etymology of Dan Buoy, the OED doesn't?

|I think it is Scandinavian; certainly in ice prone waters such as the Baltic regular buoys are no good, because the ice carries them off, so for very many years painted timber spars anchored one end down have been used instead.
