What did he think he was doing?
Last week as I was approaching the Pwllheli fairway I noticed the big survey cat coming up my chuff at a large amount of knots.
Well, there was me, ready to open my mouth and begin a winge when he turned off and dropped his speed, passing me to port at a safe distance. This is just not on you know, I have been subject to this kind of courteous behaviour a few times this season, I have some new expletives to test out too.
Has anyone seen this big steel survey cat, white with SURVEY written down the sides of each hull, at full chat she seems to have no wake, she is not slow off the mark either. I wonder why more powerboats do not go down the catamaran route. It is also a pleasure watching these guys put her on the pontoon each evening, never faltering, absolutely perfect every time, and no bow thrusters!
