No, just that I reckon that avoiding a change of side at a land frontier is probably a good idea, and accept that it was more practical for Sweden to change than for the rest of Europe.

In 1967 the only country you could drive to without using a boat was Norway. OK and Finland far north, but there is not much traffic there. Even today there is only one single bridge, so Sweden is quite a bit isolated as well. I don't really know why they changed sides actually, there was a referendum that said NO, but they did it anyway eventually.
