I just came across this article.
Many concepts will sound already familiar to most asylum members, I suppose.
But I found it worth the few minutes it takes to read it anyway, hence this post.

Thanks. That article really hit some great points in an area where there is a tendency to think it is all impossible unless you have the skills of a Steve Curtis. But, find a speed that works; change the angle of attack. It's not witchcraft.

Yes, a good read, and plenty of good points.
It's hard to generalise with an article like this, as there are variations in the capabilities within each of the hull types, for example, not all planing hulls are created equal, with some very capable in heavier weather, and others not so.
