DAB antenna on a yacht - help, please!

Greetings all,

I fitted a smashing DAB/FM/CD thingy a while ago, and it came with an automotive DAB antenna with a very short cable. I fitted this above the electrics locker (the only place possible) and it works OK but only receives a very few stations (my portable DAB radio in my sleeping cabin picks them all up).

So, do any of you know of a DAB antenna which can be fitted a greater distance from the receiver - ideally an external one which might go on my stub radar mast?

Don't forget that Digital Audio Broadcasts are transsmitted with VERTICAL polarisation!
