D6 starting batteries

Hi I have a pair of D6 310's which needs new starting batteries and would like to Know what people would recomend me fitting without costing the earth

I replaced mine with 2 110AH lumps marine start/domestic for £150 the pair including free delivery.

For you it depends if they are starting only. Also Volvo spec the recommeded capacity for the engines

I would recommend something 12V 120AH + for each engine assuming its a 12V starter and dedicated starter battery. Have a look at the CCA rating on your current batteries which I assume have been man enough up to now.

If you are looking for economy, I would go with a Truck Battery (something like a Varta).

Yes, I have also found them excellent. Quite prepared to advise what you really need, and I dont mean the most expensive.
