hm, this stuff is tough, difficult to cut on a chopping board in the kitchen

i need to cut it in an awkward space with not a lot of room for leverage
what tool do you guys suggest ?!

you might be pleasantly surprised what a good quality pizza cutter can do if you have one in the cutlery draw. (I know, I didn't believe it either until a consulting engineer said to try it.)
