Corian can be cut using a carbide tipped saw blade (circular saw) or using a CT tipped router. Either way..be sure that the tool is sharp. Stick masking tape to the surface to avoid scratching . beware of the dust..If tools are sharp this will not be too much of a prob. but blunt tools will produce fine horrible dust.
I cant find anything on the Web, but I am sure that I read somewhere that you do have to wear a fine mask when cutting Corian!!!
