Custom built petrol tank

Anyone know of a company specialising in custom built petrol tanks (preferably in the South West - ideally Bristol). Yellow pages drew a blank.

I want one to fit under a berth with a deck filler and vent pipe/flame arrester.

I've spoken to a BSS examiner so I know what's required but I'm not sure who can do the work.

Any ideas?

You might look at the PFA web site (http://www.pfa.org.uk/PFA/pfa.html) they are the association for kit / home bult aeroplaney things and the builders often want weird shaped fuel tanks. You should at least get some references or pointers that are of use.

Tek Tanks will make any tank...

in just about any shape and have been recommended here several times can't remember the website but try some of the obvious ones or if not search using www.google.com

May one ask why one would wish to fit a petrol tank under a berth??

Mother-in-law problems? Unfulfilled contract for the Mafia? Sudden urge to cremate a loved one?

Surely alongside the cooker in the galley would be a safer option n'est pas?
