Cushions

Could anyone give me an idea of how much it would cost to re-cover 4 cushions in a a water-resistant fabric and where to get it done? 2 of the cushions are about 4 foot long by no more than 2 foot and the others are 7 foot by 2 foot.

Any help greatly apreciated.
