I may need to replace some of these on a Sunseeker. Anyone got any info or suggetsions including likely cost, fitting problems, specialists other than Trend Marine Products of whom I already know.

Your comments or experience would be appreciated.

Well I have just replaced perspex windows and windscreen(curved to 90 degrees) on my own boat, however Its not a sunseeker so no where near as big a job than yours probably. This was the first time I attempted this so it was trial and error, went to my local plastics company (windows, facias, conservatory etc) they were very helpfull, could supply any size and thickness, also bought a standard "wedge seal" for double glazed units which worked a treat and only cost 30p a metre.
Be warned when heating the plastic in order to obtain curve there is a fine line between heating it and melting it so just keep an eye on it. If you have alot of curves to do then it might be worth paying the factory to do it. It usually pays to look outside of the marine industry as we all know how much extra can be added to these products.
!!!! £7-49 for a tube of standard silicone!!!! sod that wickes here I come.
Anyway hope this is of some use to you. And good luck. P.S. here is a site worth a try.
