Cup washers for sole boards

I want to fit cup washers to the fixing screws on my sole boards to spread the load. I saw some on a boat which seemed to fit countersunk holes. Not sure if these were standard cup washers used upside down or a special version. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I've used them and they make quite a neat job: counterbore the board, then tap in the insert with a dab of superglue.
The finished job is completely flush, unlike with pressed screw cups.
Unfortunately I couldn't find them then, or now, in stainless.

Only ever seen them in brass Crockets in Glasgow was where we used to get them but be quick cos they are closing down.
