Hi all I'm new to the forum so thought I'd come say hi and hope I've posted this in the right place. I'm struggling to identify a yacht I'm looking at for some day sailing with the family. I was brought up racing on a quater tonner so don't know a awful lot about cruising boats. I've found this well within budget and have a mooring lined up as well. Only issue is I have no clue what it is, and would like to do a little research before I make the journey down to view her. Hopefully some of you will be able to shed some light on it for me

The MG30s were all long keel, so not one of those.

I believe she is a Wing 25, MkIII or IV. Pretty little traditional cruiser of the late 60s-70s. The later models had a bit more freeboard added (see the knuckle in the hull just below deck level), to give more space inside. The very late ones had a fin and skeg keel profile, to ease handling, though the shape of the forward end of the keel remained the same.
