The Scottish Nationalists party has announced that following a successful referendum. English registered yachts will have to pay an £80 cruising permit to enter Scottish waters. A spokesman said that this charge would not apply to boats registered in other member states.

If true ( and they get a chance to impose it) then is is another example of the ABE syndrome that make us want the Scotties to stop whinging and GO

Such charm and wit combined with acute perception, and they say that some Scots despise the English, why could that be?

Indeed. The announcement was made by the SNP's new minister for tourism, Ms April Fullerton.
