We are hoping to cruise around Cherbourg peninsular/Northern France in the first three weeks of the summer holidays. Is there anyone else with children around 9 to 13 who would be interested in meeting up/cruising in company for some of the period. My kids (boy aged 10 and girl aged 12) are at an age when they need to meet up with other kids on holiday to offset the squabbling!! (and retain our sanity).

We will be heading down the French coast towards Cherbourg with 3 kids (boy 10, girls 13 and 16). Cant promise to meet up but if we do come across you would be grateful to get the younger ones together. We aim to leave East Coast UK on 5th August for two - three weeks. Boat name Dreamers of the Day.

We are going this weekend for 2 weeks with 2 children aged 8 and 9 - so our paths may cross. We took the boat over last weekend and will pick it up from Cherbourg this Saturday. From there we go down through the Channel Islands to St Malo. Plan to spend a few days cruising North Brittany and then back via the West Coast of the Cherbourg Peninsular.
Our boat's name is Brillig, if you want to exchange details drop me a line on the email.
