Is anyone aware of any independent cruising clubs based at Hamble? I recall some years ago there being something like the 'Upper Hamble Cruising Club' but can't find any details anywhere.

OK - Hi what boat do you have? and what is Martin's boat? Yes I go down most weekends even if we don't go out. We have had a lot of use of boat this year particularly since I didn't get it till June, then wasted a few weeks because one of the engines wasn't running properly - dealer (Sea Ventures) eventually dealt with it, now I'm pleased as punch with it and am thinking of re-powering with deisels for next season. I love being at Mercury too - was at Moody's for a few years with previous boats, but Mercury much nicer - good food too in the restaurant. Please say hello next time you see me - would be good to meet someone from here for a beer or three.

Re: Sob Sob

Sorry Guys, Martin's not at Mercury at the moment. End Game is sold and I'm waiting for my next boat - looks like March - very much hope to be back at Mercury, Debbie's trying to find me an available berth
