Crotonne - tansit berths

We came through Crotonne a couple of weeks back and went round to the Lega Navale to use the wifi whilst having lunch. The chap who runs the place is a Brit and he pointed out that the Lega has transit berths for the use of all passing yachts. They have 4 or 5 berths available through the winter and an additional 10 during the summer cruising season. The berths are cheaper than the remainder of the harbour and it offers excellent showers and bar along with berthside wifi. Know where we'll be staying when we return to Greece.

Berths are to port as you enter the harbour; there's a 'transiti' sign on the harbour wall.

Yes

We used to do the same thing. But once was moved on so a dredger could berth. It was done politely.
