Hello,
I am in the process of buying a new in mast furling main sail. I haven't yet decided where to buy it from but my choice will be between square 310 of dimension polyant or ocean premium plus of bainbridge. Both clothes incorporate that "ripstop".
Question is, should I go for cross cut or radial cut?
Thanks

Hi There,

Would need a bit more info to give you a better opinion but generally speaking cross cut is the norm for in mast furling, these sails are cut quite flat as that allows the sail to roll inside the foil without too much shape to cause furling issues. We are more than happy to give you a quote in either of the cloths you mentioned too !!!
