cristec battery chargers

i have a 10 year old? cristec 24V 25A battery charger which is a weell made bit of kit except that the transformer has a shorted turn and it doesn't work. Does anyone know who could rewind the transformer, supply a new one or give me an address for cristec (in france i think)
