Crewing opportunities in Sussex

I have a Vancouver 34 in Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne and I'm looking for enthusiastic crew for day-sailing or, next year, maybe for longer trips. Some cruising experience would be useful although not essential, but own gear (life jacket, oilies) required. The boat is in good shape, having undergone a pretty extensive refit over the past year or so. I'm a reasonably fit 61, I have my Yachtmaster ticket and have retired early so I prefer mid-week sailing where possible, although as always depends on the weather.
