Crew wanted urgently

Hi all,
I'm looking to move my Endurance 40 this week, Tuesday Dartmouth to Weymouth then Wednesday on to Lymington. However, all my sailing friends are coming out with feeble excuses about working! It couldn't possibly be that they don't fancy getting cold in Lyme Bay in December could it?
If anybody fancies coming to give me a hand, I'd love to hear from you. Reasonable travel expenses plus food and drink supplied!

Light offshore winds, dry and fresh, sounds just like the weather when I moved mine in the opposite direction some years ago.

The cold is only relative to the clothing.

P'raps she's not too good to windward and they're worried you might end up on a close reach.

Anyway, should be great sailing, would be happy to tip in but "work is the curse of the sailing classes" 'an all that.
