With the Welsh government having already banned them, the Scottish government about to, it can't be long till Westminster bans shock collars too. How am I going to get the crew, specially the foredeck, to perform without them?

Train outside the 12 mile limit.

By the way, I'm working on an automated shock collar for helmsmen. Wifi NMEA connectivity so it can give a zap if the AWA gets outside target parameters or the boat speed falls below target. Want to buy one?

That's shocking behaviour, whatever next.....perhaps they'll ban rewards and treats because that could be seen as hunger torture.....:)

Why do folks insist on technology? What is wrong with a good old fashioned flogging? Especially when the bowman/woman thinks They can speak to the after-guard or worse they come too far back behind the mast!

Shirley the first disciplinary stage is to refuse to change the bedding straw in the forepeak ? That's what happened when the Foredeck Union and Gorillas' Grievance Committee went on strike in the old days
