I wanted to register with a Crew share website as I am looking to get some crewing experience after passing my day skipper last year. There seems to be quite a few around but I wondered if anyone has actually registered with any and what there experiences were, which ones are good, or a waste of time and money, etc? Any feedback would be gratefully received. Many Thanks

As a skipper I have used Crewseekers extensively. For me they have worked far better than any other crewing agency I have found around the world - I like the crew I get from them because they have paid (I think £30???) to join and have made the effort to find a berth in a boat so the crew are genuinely enthusiastic.

Of course not all skipper - crew relationships work - bit like marriage I guess but I always look to crewseekers first and I know a lot of delivery skippers do the same.
regards
Michael
