Crew required for late (November) channel crossing

I'm contemplating sailing my 30ft. Hurley from the Southampton neighbourhood to Brittany / Biscay coast / Northern Spain (Galicia) next month, providing there is a weather window!
I am looking for one or two people with solid sailing experience, who might consider this trip as a mile building opportunity and as such be prepared to contribute towards the costs (will be modest) of the voyage.
