Crew required Alicante-Hartlepool

I am looking for a couple of people to assist me bringing back a 12mtr ketch back up to the UK starting in early Nov. We will coast hug for most of the way and get alongside as often as we can. Anyone who wanted to come and live aboard whilst we prep would be useful.
My only caveat is that you must be fit enough to move around the boat.
This would suit anyone wanting to build sea miles or an experienced skipper just looking to do something or do you know someone thats just lost their job, then this might offer a great experience for them. I can take up to 4 people as I have available one double berth and a forepeak twin available.
I dont have any firm dates at the moment but I am keen to hear from anyone who might be interested in the trip.

This looks like a 6 to 8 week passage if you intend to berth regularly down through Spain and up through Portugal and France?

You will probably need to explain what passage plan and costs are involved before you get many other replies.
