Will, best of luck with your crew search, but just a couple of tips on the forum:

- its better not to put your email address in the post as it will become food and drink to spammers.
- it is forum 'policy' to not post the same thread on two or more boards as you have. At a minimum, it can cause confusion in that you end up with more than one conversation running, which in turn winds some people up.

Not sure it's one for Suzy - you need to have a rifle in order to land, to be able to defend yourself against polar bears. Caused some aggro between Popeye and myself when he sailed there a few years back - I reckoned that an average polar bear , on seeing 8 crew in a "tin can" was a PB equivalent of Fray Bentos, therefore ready to eat.
As it was, they didn't even see any PBs

Sounds a bit like Southampton!

Can i sign on as cook or navigator/helmsman/person next year?Ive sailed mostly in the Med but have run aground all over Irland/Brittany/Maldon my navigation is first class

Ive used a sextant for the last 20 years and always run aground or the port had moved just before i arrived. With my Garmin 120 the problem of ports in the wrong possition vanished?

I found the ports or positions but the tides had change there time without notice!!I bought a clock but it got wet! i arrived not when the tide was on ebb but makeing!Damm Atlantic coast I mean it made and not ebb!!

Im the perfect choise for your ventuer!I await your acceptance. When do we leave and should i bring my walm sleeping bag or do you have very walm beding??

Would you outline your stock of wine and spirtis you will take aboard.Perhas there i can be of help!As well
