Crew member to Latin America

Is anybody sailing to Latin America during the summer and looking for a crew member or have any tips on the best internet-sites/magazines to look for such positions?

My experience is limited to gaining my inland waters sailing licence and going on a three day sailing trip on the Solent with my university yachting club.

Hi Dan,

That sounds like a real adventure - but go into it carefully and with your eyes open. Especially, make sure you look after your safety, in all respects.

'The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Oceans' by Alison Muir Bennett would be a good place to start reading.
