Hi all,

I'm currently based in London and keen to find sailing opportunities anywhere I can reasonably get to. I'd be happy to venture as far as the Solent. Weekend day sailing would be ideal for me but I'm open to longer trips too.

I've got about 8 weeks of sailing experience - mostly from the West coast of Scotland - and did my Day Skipper course last year.

I'm a 25 year old male and keen to develop my sailing miles and experience further.

Hi jcp, you could try London Sailing Club they are on the Meetup website. They meet around every 2 weeks on Tuesday nights on the Hispaniola, an old steamship which is a floating bar/restaurant. It's almost opposite Embankment tube, so pretty central.They organise group charters most weekends.

They have shifted the 'once a month' Meetup to the 'Tattersall' Castle (in front of the Hispaniola). Usually the last Tuesday of the month too. They do display the LSC logo & congregate in the forward part of the boat(right by the bar (strangely enough).
