Cree Q5 LED torch - £3.42 delivered

This Paypal thing is dangerous.I've just ordered two torches for the grand sum of €7.50 postage included.I'll be bankrupt if this goes on...

Worth getting a few of these to scatter about the boat and car, at this price they are almost disposable and use just one AA battery

Also have a look at banggodd.com, also free deliver- i ve gone for the lithium battery and chargers. I somehow seem to have so many damn cree torches I keep triping over them now, but the mini one is really a total steal.
I've ordered quite a bit from banggod with no issues at all, but I got little pee d off over a 2 quid lost order, but a little pressure they saw the daylight ;)
I am still ordering; keep the order low so you dont get caught on import, but as postage is free, why bother adding the order together ?!

Different torch but look at the cree LED torches in Poundland - yes 99p. Take 3 AAA batteries. Not sure of reliability - only time will tell.

If you put the battery cartridge in the wrong way - they don't work!! Don't ask how I found out!!

Can't go wrong!!

We warned It says 1 x AA battery / 14500 battery required. The 14500 is 3.6V, so don't chuck a standard 1.5V AA in there.

Ordered a couple.

Banggood do another basic one-plain stainless body led takes 3 AAA batteries in a little battery box about the same size as the one mentioned BUT about 80p delivered!

I have not been able to find the precise torch you refer to at Banggood. However if it is the type with 6 LED then yes I would say they are good and I have a few around here. However they are no where in the same league as the Cree type rerred to. The Cree one is briliant as in some times just to bright if for instance you want to look at your watch. I end up mostly covering it with fingers in that case. The type referred to have this adjustable focus so you can use it like a search light . I reckon I can light up a buoy at 40 metres. I use them with the Li-ion 3.7 v battery which is a little brighter than the AA option. I don't know how they can claim long battery life when after few minutes the torch gets noticeably hot. (with Li-ion battery) Yes I can understand how posters have got carried away buying 10 of them. certainly a better deal than the more expensive cree with the 4 mode style. (very annoying). good luck olewill
