I would like to thank the members of staff that answer the phones at Fox’s Marina Chandlery in Ipswich Suffolk. I bought an ST 2000 tiller pilot from them just under a year ago. The tiller pilot has developed a problem. I could not remember the exact date I bought it and how long the warranty lasted, on top of that I have lost the original receipt. I explained my problem to the person on the phone and they were very helpful. In my opinion they went the extra mile helping me. They now have the tiller pilot and have given me a copy of the original receipt. This all happened today in a matter of hours. I could not ask for better service.
