I made a a phone call to find out if I could get a MMSI number for my new VHF without call sign or licence number and got the answer, "Just send an email"
So I did, at 0909.
At 0934, I got an email with the new licence in a pdf.
Oh, and the number was an ordinary 020 number - none of your 0870 rubbish.
