Ah, that would probably have been useful!
'We' being PBO, we're planning a comprehensive test of LED nav lights and replacement bulbs, and are looking for a crazed lens to see how much it affects the performance of a light.

I've got an old ( 15yrs) masthead tricolor and anchor light where the plastic is faded. Just replaced it this year. Is this any good for you?

I am having my 30 year old Aquasignal tricolor replaced with a NASA Supanova LED Tricolor at the moment. The marine electrician doing the work is Chris Duncan whose contact details are: http://www.duncanyachting.com

Good idea to look at the effect of crazing, how about looking also at the effects of lens degradation on, say, Lalizas nav lights?
