The 14 year old Perspex windows in my salon hatch has “crazed”.
Although they do not leak it looks horrid.
Q: Is there any treatment that will “fill in “ the crack’s and get rid of the crazing?

To the best of my knowledge there is'nt a magic potion that removes the crazing,
I would not recommend any of the "creeping Crack cure's" either as perspex, Acylic or polycarbonate can be sensitive to solvents depending on grade etc, and will make the condition worse.

you can however polish it out depending on the depth of crazing, and original thickness of perspex / Acylic.

It is however a tremendous amount of work, using finer and finer grades of wet and dry and a non solvent based finishing compound, I have experienced similar methods on Aircraft canopies, although the material is much thicker at 25-30mm.

My own windows were in a similar condition, I however resorted to replacement, as it was in the long run easier, and the crazing so extensive that to polish it out may have weakend the window too much in the event of a wave breaking over the gunwals and downflooding.

It does depend on the depth of crazing and window position

I had the same problem when I bought my boat. The survey recommended that the hatch acrylic be replaced as it could give way under foot.

I did this myself using cast acrylic sourced locally and the seals, sealant and know how provided by Salford House windows in Sevenoaks (advertise in PBO) who can also do the complete job if required. I also did the windows at the same time.

No connection with them but recommended.
