Craze sink, and tiny sink/basin plugs

Our new Trapper 500 has the great luxury of TWO basins with drains. Last boat was strictly chuckit.
But the galley sink is badly crazed. What would be best to restore it to a smooth white and hygenic looking surface ... ?
And both sinks have tiny plugs, and both are extremely grotty looking - crazed and stained. So I looked on the web for replacements and found some - Bosun's Locker. But then they emailed me to say that their supplier can't get them any more. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Does anyone know of another possible source?

We have exactly the same problem in the galley of our Trapper 500 so we'll follow this thread with interest about the crazing! However, any plumber's merchant or caravan shop should be able to provide you with a plug.
 
I repainted my sink for exactly this reason, it was also a grotty cream colour. I used two packs; epoxy undercoat and polyurethane top coat and it came up far better than expected.

a. I don't have a picture.
b. I don't know how to post a picture.
c. It would just look like a white sink.
 
My sink in the heads gurgles annoyingly when at anchor. Instead of a plug I use a plastic wine bottle stopper as a bung, which is:
a) free
b) the right size
c) stays in on the port tack
d) stops it gurgling
e) if I lose it I get an excuse to open another bottle /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
